Lagoon Ledge
Hang 10 Pools invented and coined the term Lagoon Ledge.
What is a Lagoon Ledge?
Inspired by the popular tanning ledge or commonly referred to “Sun Shelf”, it started with an idea to remodel a Free Form Pool into an angular modern design without the cost of cutting the coves at the floor.
The very first Lagoon Ledge project created shelves in the corners of an oval pool as drink ledges. This success brought on inspiration to add small tanning ledge shelves at 10 inch depth to create seating and a stylish, playful design.
The style quickly caught popularity in Palm Beach County and Broward County Florida and our backlog for luxury renovations grew.
How do you create a Lagoon Ledge?
We cut the Pool Shell and drill and epoxy structural steel to the existing components under the direction and plan of our engineer.
